By commissioning, the Customer agrees to these Terms of Service.

This contract applies to the artist further called Seller and person or institution further called Customer purchasing from Seller a work of art further called Product. By ordering Product from the Seller the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:Payments
* Orders under $10: full payment upfront.
* Orders over $10: 50% upfront, 50% after sketch approval.
* Work starts only after payment is received.
* Some projects may require full payment before starting.Delivery
* Final artwork is delivered digitally after full payment.
* Other delivery methods must be agreed on in advance.
* The customer is responsible for saving and keeping the delivered files safely.Revisions
* Up to 3 full revisions allowed during the sketch phase.
* Small post-completion edits (≤10% extra time) are free; larger changes cost extra.Currency & Fees
* All payments in USD.
* Customer pays any currency conversion or transfer fees.
* Payment counts as complete only when Seller’s account receives full USD amount.Refunds
* Full refund possible if no progress in 3 weeks or unfinished after 2 months (unless due to illness/accident).
* Customer must reply promptly; silence counts as approval of progress.Usage Rights
* Product is for personal use only unless a commercial license is agreed upon.
* Prohibited uses: resale, publishing, NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI-related applications.Cancellations
* Seller may cancel any order with a full refund.
* Rude behavior may lead to cancellation and partial refund; future commissions may be refused.
